Since october 2019, Micrópolis has been proposing educational experiments and activities for the education programme of BDMG Cultural — a cultural center maintained by the Minas Gerais Development Bank.
       In the first stage of the project, Micrópolis teamed up with the BDMG staff in a research project that detected demands, expectations and understandings concerning the educational program for the cultural center.
       In a second moment, Micrópolis designed a set of versatile furniture that were built in order to give more possibilities of public use for the cultural center space.
       Throughout the years of 2020 and 2021, Micrópolis invited collaborators to develop online and offline educational activities, such as seminars, workshops and podcasts. These activities were distributed in thematic cycles — nature, love, street, body, image, language, difference and cosmos — that sought to update debates of everyday life from a contemporary perspective of culture.
